Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly make it right.
Unopened Items
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
